Just two and a half weeks to go. Trying out this site to see if it may be a good way to share information and photos. Let me know what you think and if it is working. I still have quite a lot to do before leaving Coffs Harbour airport at 5pm on 4th March and then flying from Sydney 12.40pm 5th March. Just the beginning of 5 flights: Coffs - Syd, Syd-Singapore, Singapore - Doha (Qatar - Emirates), Doha - Nairobi, Nairobi - Eldoret, then a 1 1/2 hr drive to where I'll stay. I'll be staying in Nairobi over night and then traveling onto Eldoret the next afternoon. It will take approx. 38hrs of travel to get to Nairobi. Very long!!!Having difficulty loading a photo...maybe this isn't the way to go. I'll persevere for a little longer and see how it goes.

Wow! it really is the other side of the world. Dad has a blog when he travels - I'll see if he has any tips for u! Hope ur time there is rewarding and fruitful. We'll do our best to 'hold the fort' here for u. ***Helen

I've made it here safely but collected a virus along the way (flu?) but am on the road to recovery. Trying to work out how to add another blog...surely its easy??
